I work as a Human Resource head for a large and diversified company in the education sector in India and interested in writing, blogging and being creative and passionate in my profession. I am also a die-hard advocate of work-life balance, which i call as “Work life wellbeing” and “automagical leadership”. Rather than HR, I would indulge in something like “creative human innovation management”. I am a MBA and PhD in Human Resources and a Certified Life coach as well.
